1. Team presentation to win a contract (engineering)
Two world-renowned engineering and architectural firms sought to win, in a joint venture, a contract for the redesign and build out of a major international airport main terminal. At stake—hundreds of millions of dollars.
Peter Bubriski Associates reviewed documents, edited content and visuals for the oral presentation, and rehearsed the team for their two-hour interview. This group of individuals, many of whom had never met before the rehearsal, delivered a polished, energized, and engaged presentation.
The airport authority awarded them the job and raved “obviously the team has worked together seamlessly to provide world-class projects worldwide.”
2. Individual coaching to improve communication, develop presence (pharmaceutical)
A senior leader at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical firms wanted to develop an authentic yet dynamic presence that would both demonstrate her leadership and inspire her team to the highest level of performance.
Peter Bubriski Associates delivered customized one-on-one coaching sessions employing video playback, review, discussion, and practice. In less than one year, this senior leader inspired her team to drive a 60 million dollar revenue increase in a previously flat business sector.
3. Workshop for a group of industry professionals (services)
Oil and energy executives were assembling a series of presentations to take to their clients around the world, and needed to reinvigorate complex, dry material to inspire their varied audiences.
Peter Bubriski Associates designed and delivered several days of workshops on presentation skills and content organization.
The client declared, “Our group is thrilled with how the meeting went. Clearly, through your effective instructions, insights and facilitation… we have been able to identify a significant number of enhancements to our upcoming presentations and there is an air of excitement, rarely seen when we are facing major presentation development efforts. Thanks!”
4. Enacted scenarios to facilitate a large group (financial services)
A major world financial institution was conducting a series of leadership development conferences for its ‘next generation leaders’ from all corners of the world. Conference organizers wanted to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the institution in a unique, interactive way.
Peter Bubriski Associates was engaged to develop a series of scenarios—mini-plays, if you will—which addressed these issues. They interviewed employees from around the world, wrote scripts, enacted the scenarios live at the conferences, and guided the subsequent discussions about diversity, productivity, and other relevant business challenges. The conference participants were entertained and engaged in the session which conference organizers called the ‘most interactive of the three-day conference.’
